Stunted?

Is it possible for LF to be "stunted?" I bought these sex link chicks and they are not growing like they should. The patridge rock in the pen with them is growing like a weed. Makes me wonder...

I think so. I bought a couple of BO pullets lastsummer that were in pretty rough shape. The seller said they were both standard size. They regained their health pretty quickly but one of them is still small. I thought the seller was mistaken and maybe she was a bantam or bantam mix. At 14 weeks she's bigger than a bantam but way smaller than the other bird. The weird thing is that her wings, head and beak are pretty much normal size.

That's got to be these case with these. They just don't appear to be growing at all. Even freeranging and good quality chick feed don't seem to be making a difference.
