Stupid Question About Eggs and Stuff

Well, I have 2 large mixed hens, 2 Mille Fleur d’Uccles Bantam hens and a Mille Fleur rooster. The girls are laying but not sitting on the eggs at all. Will those eggs hatch if I leave them alone? I heard that unless a chicken is broody that many don't sit on eggs that much these days. Help!

They will not hatch unless a hen sits on them for 21 days. They need to be at a specific temperature for the embryos to develop.

Right....or put them in an incubator.. if they are fertile.
