Stupid Question... Is Day 1 the day I put them in?

Ok, this is probably ridiculous, is Day 1 the day I actually put them in the incubator, or the next day??

I alway start counting the next day.

I'm putting chicken eggs in today the 4th so day 7 to candle is the 11th and day 18 to stop turning is the 22nd and hatch day is the 25th hope this helps.

If you put them in on the 1st that is day 0, the 2nd would be day 1, and day 21 would be the 22nd.
