Hot chick Welcome. By all means get chickens. Like everyone on here the only way to know for sure is to get sex links. 7 weeks ago I got 6 barred rock chicks ( one week old) from a lady that told me all pullets. I have 4 possibly 5 roos! one is still confusing me. But I will tell you one thing for sure.. You CANT stop at one! We started with 2 then got 6 more then got 6 more (no I'm not repeating myself) then got 2 now I have 10 coming this week from Ideal. Guess I should quit for a while. Oh by the way yesterday we got 2 ducks.
