If I hatch blue and green easter egger eggs will the chicks that are hens lay blue and green most likely?
 
That doesn't sound stupid to me.
In general yes, since the blue gene that creates both blue and green is dominant, the offspring will lay a version depending on the father's breed. If it is a white egg breed the resulting pullets should lay similar to the mother. If he is a brown egg breed, you may get more green eggs than blue. If he is from a dark egg breed, you may get some olive eggs.
