Stupid turkey questions

I have two WM turkey chicks who are dropping their wings and doing this "Look at me" Stuart style dance in front of and around one of the other poults. What is that? These guys are about a week old. It is too cute. I admit I am watching these fuzzy little things way too much. I think I am falling in love.

Stupid question #2 Two of them have red dots on the bridge of their nose. What is that?

I am also new to turkeys, and read almost every post here. I've learned a lot so far!
