Styrofoam incubator not hatching

I've had this incubator for many years and had many successful hatches. It heats up fine and holds humidity. I've tried three hatches this year and although the embryos develop, none will hatch.

The temperature is about 100 every time I check it, and I make sure there is always water in it.

Do you think the incubator has kicked the bucket and I should buy a new one?
