Styrofoam or cardboard egg cartons for hatching?

Does it make a difference if I would use Styrofoam or Cardboard egg cartons when I put them in lockdown? I've always used cardboard before but I have alot of styrofoam cartons right now I'd like to use. I've looked for answers on here but haven't found any. Would it really make a difference? Thanks!

I have used both. I don't think it really matters.

I did notice that the cardboard ones do "wick" up some of the water and moisture.
