Styrofoam

My bird is about 12 weeks old and ate a little bit of styrofoam and it like part of my house under and I covered it up for the most part where I think they can’t get it they ate a little bit What could happen?

I can’t speak for a young bird but I have also accidentally left styrofoam out and my hens have eaten some. I didn’t see any problems since from what I remember they only got a few pecks in before I took it away. I would just monitor them and look out for any abnormalities. There is also this article I found.
