Submerged egg

so I was out kayaking on my pond today and near a goose nest I found a couple submerged eggs and when I cracked one open there was a 3/4 gosling And there is another one there and if it is fertile will it hatch?

No, I'd say without being kept warm by mama goose for however long it was in the water, it died.
