succes ??? first time

I put in 32 production red eggs an at day 23 I got 10 black,3 yellow & 1 reddish chick . This is my first time and I learn a lot. I think that I got so excited about my new bator that I just wanted to hatch eggs. I did not check my eggs, my temp gauge was not the best, and I just got in a hurry. I learn so much from all of you from byc and I want to say thank you and I will continion to need ya's help. I plan on hatching more so cross your fingers and pray for me. ps; I think that :I think that Iam hooked
