So when we picked out our chickens, we were given some fertile eggs. Since we have younger children we wanted to see if we could in fact hatch these little ones.

Well..... 21 days later we have a baby. Only one so far. And thus my question.

How do you introduce only one chick?!?!?! We do have 4 other chicks, but they are 4 weeks old now. Or, should we try to find another day old chick.

I'd find another day old chick. The 4 week olds may consider a day old chick something good to eat.
