Successfully changed chicken law???

Has any one here been successful at changing local chicken laws? Or know someone who has been?

I'm just curious because I see a lot of talk about working towards this, but have not seen many outcomes.

I haven't heard any but if ihad to fight the city to get a new law passed, or start one, this is where I would be posting about it to be sure.
