Sudden Aggression

One of my layers became egg bound so she was brought inside to heal. She is doing much better but it still unable to use one leg.

I brought her back outside after 2 days inside to reintroduce her to the flock and several of my girls are ganging up on her and attacking her. Was that 2 days away really long enough for them to remove her from the pecking order or do you think the aggression might be because of her injury and her clear limp?

I never separate hens because it often causes more problems than it fixes. Yes she is a stranger.

Yep seperation has disturbed the pecking order even 2 days xx
