sudden agression from hen

we have had 2 Columbian blacktails for a year now and both have been very friendly. one of them has suddenly started being aggressive, she has just started moulting and was wondering if this might be why shes being grumpy?

In my experience, molting chickens often become grumpy. That is probably why your bird is suddenly acting mean.
