Sudden death in rabbit

I've seen rabbits bouncing off the walls in a panic when a grass snake crawled under their cage, and I've been working on the roof and felt the whole rabbitry shake as rabbits reacted when a piece of tar paper flapped in the breeze. Rabbits scare very easily, and they can get up enough speed to kill themselves slamming into cage walls.

Fox or hawk maybe got to close... Are you in a city or the woods or like a neighborhood...

I live in a neighborhood by a bunch of buildings, we have some hawks but I've never seen one get any closer than on the top of a tree

Maybe he just died. Things like this happen and not just to rabbits, either. You will never know unless you have a post mortem done, and sometimes not even then.
