Fiona my Silver Laced Wyndotte passed away last night. I went out to give morning treats. She was on the ground near the door in a sleeping position with her head tucked under her wing. She is just over a year old. No signs of any trouble. Everyone was happy and healthy the day before. I'm so confused. They never sleep on the ground. I am hoping all the others will be okay as I don't know what caused this....

Also... I examined her. She did not have an egg stuck. No signs I could find of a bite. Multiple weeks ago she had the Avian pox and I treated it with VetRx (and electrolytes separately). She recovered very quickly and looked great since. Had been eating/drinking normally.
