Hi,
So this afternoon one of my silkie roosters wasn't looking himself. He was fluffed up and not walking around much.
This evening, I went out to find him in the corner with drooping wings and he was breathing heavily. I picked him up and took him outside to check him over. When I put him down he tried walking away but was acting lame. He had a couple of small poops that were light green/yellow and with about the consistency of prepared mustard. Right after he had a fair amount of discharge (which was a clear liquid) from his beak, then he started convulsing, fell over and died.
I was just wondering if anyone knew what this might be, as I want to do what is best for the safety of all of the other chickens in the coop.
Thanks
