Sudden death

We had 10 healthy turkeys, but we keep finding them dead, 1 at a time . No signs of illness, lots of fresh water, access to the outside, still on turkey starter feed plus fresh greens. The coop they are in used to house chickens, but we did clean it up and white wash the interior. We are down to 3 turkey (chicks arrived in early June)????

What kind of turkey are they? What are they eating? Sudden death is a symptom seen in a number of diseases, as well as Sudden Death Syndrome.

Are there any symptoms at all? Diarrhea? Lethargy?

I don't remember the breed, a white turkey (came as day olds from a hatchery). I just checked the hatchery's web site "White Turkey". As for symptoms, none whatsoever!! They have all died overnight, inside the coop. It just doesn't make sense to me that they just randomly drop dead.

If they are Broad-breasted they may be having heart-attacks because of the heat or a predator trying to get to them.
