Sudden death?

Yesterday I came home to find one of my light Brahma hens dead in a corner of the run. She was 9 months. They usually free range in the yard all day and yesterday they didn’t get let out until 1pm. There were no signs of blood or feather loss. I hadn’t noticed her acting weird either. I tried to check to see if an egg was stuck after the fact and did t feel anything. Does anyone have any ideas?

Generally sudden death in apparently healthy birds is not due to an infectious agent. Perhaps something congenital, heart, fatty liver ------------------
