I deeply regret I have no good news to give you. I'm very sorry.
Newcastles Disease is a killer. It's a virus and easily transmitted from fowl to fowl and from humans to fowl.
It's highly contagious and once in your flock the statistics I've seen give a death rate of 70% to 100%.
Unfortunately vaccination is only partially effective in many cases.
Did your necropsy report state the strain of the virus?

"The vaccines from mesogenic strains result in a lasting immunity, but could provoke a lethal issue especially in birds without a primary immunity created on the basis of lentogenic vaccinal strains."

You should inform your local authority that deals with such things. I believe vets and state labs are obliged to report any cases found.
My advice is to cull any fowl that shows signs of Newcastles Disease immediately.
The likelihood is your entire flock is infected.
I'm very sorry. It's a terrible thing to have to deal with.

this was found during the post mortem. i was told this is most severe kind of new castle disease.

i was told the following:-
This is worse type of ND. Its not due to vaccines. ND virus needs more than a week IP.
We will use Immunoboost. In addition we need uncooked egg white and yolk mixed in milk .
6 eggs

1 litr water
