Sudden decrease in eating and pooping

I have a 9 week old female mallard, Penny, who has started eating and defecating way less. She also seems a bit down or lethargic. She has a little pool to swim, eats Dumor all stages crumble supplemented w daily greens and/or mealworms as treats.
I don’t know if it’s time for her to start laying eggs or if that could even cause these symptoms. My other female never got like this when she came of egg laying age.
Could she be deficient in a vitamin? Any ideas would be appreciated!

Is this your only duck? If so she maybe lonely being a flock animal they thrive on other ducks. It is too early to lay.

Only thing I can say is yes, it’s way, way too early for her to lay. You won’t see laying for a few more months at least. I hope you can figure out what’s wrong.
