One of my guineas developed a limp overnight. The day before she was fine but the next morning she was limping. Checked for wounds or abnormalities and there dont seem to be any. Its been three days and now she hardly tries to use the leg, she drags it. The leg is very warm almost hot.What could this be? When I touch her leg she does try and pull away so I do believe she is in pain, it seems to hurt her more towards the upper thigh area.. I dont think its getting better on its own. advice would be appreciated.Is this a sprain, fracture?
About the hen:
All my guineas are old(so shes about 6-7)
just hatched a brood of chicks
she likes to sit around a lot rather than use her leg.
