Sudden quail death

One of my 2 week old baby quail, died very suddenly over night.
Any idea why?

Could you give more info? Was it too cold? Eating and drinking? What were you feeding it? What was used as bedding?

Pine shaving was used as bedding, chick starter, and it was about 90 degrees. I woke up to check on them, they are in the room next to me, and it was just lying there, dead. It was eating and drinking, and was perfectly healthy the night before.

I have no idea. Any sign of injury? Maybe it was trampled?
