Suddenly I wonder about the gender of 2 pullets....

Now approx. 21 weeks old, I'm starting to wonder about the gender of my RIR "pullet" and my White Rock as well....
It's been years since I've had chickens, but the RIR's comb and wattle seem awfully prominent to me...
Pics of my RIR, White and Barred Rock and Australorp available at this link, they are all about the same age, within days...

The RIR looks like a hen to me. I cannot tell with the white rock. Head looks female to me, but I would like to see a picture of the tail to be certain.
