1) What type of bird , age and weight
Silkie/sapphire splash mix, 5 months old, 10 lbs (ish)
2) What is the behavior, exactly.
Not eating, will drink very little if I offer with syringe, lethargic, won’t open eyes, falls sleep standing up, runny stools
3) How long has the bird been exhibiting symptoms? Not sure about stools but started other symptoms about 8 hours ago
4) Are other birds exhibiting the same symptoms?
No, again unsure of stools (they free range during the day)
5) Is there any bleeding, injury, broken bones or other sign of trauma.
None
6) What happened, if anything that you know of, that may have caused the situation.
None that I’m aware of
7) What has the bird been eating and drinking, if at all
All flock nature wise pellets and meal worms, vegetable scarps here and there
8) How does the poop look? Normal? Bloody? Runny? etc.

9) What has been the treatment you have administered so far?
Electrolyte water by syringe, bought Corid but haven’t used it yet (unsure of dosage)
10 ) What is your intent as far as treatment?
Prefer to treat at home but open to options/opinions

Tin coop, with some hay for boxes and pine bedding under roost for clean up

Try wetting his feed, make like a mash, see if it will get him eating. Scrambled eggs or even boiled egg yolk may help to entice him to eat. Keep him penned so you can observe him. Check his crop, is it empty or full, squishy or hard? Check him for mites/lice ... The below is the dose for Corid .... The above tagged have alot more experience than I do.

Corid 9.6% - 2 tsp/gal water, 5 - 7 days, no egg withdrawal then 1/2 tsp 7 - 14 days (offer for 5 days, then again in 2weeks for 3days - then give vitamins).
When treating a bird for coccidiosis one can give an oral drench in addition to their medicated water. Here are the instructions:
Corid 9.6% liquid - Do not dilute
    • Give 0.1 ml per pound of body weight orally once a day for 1-3 days.
    • 0.02 ml per 100 grams of body weight orally once a day for 1-3 days
