Temperature 2/15 was 1 degree last night

3 1/2 year old Barred Plymouth Rock

Coop- Pine Shavings
run- straw

Last night, 2/15 locked up girls and one hen was on floor of coop and not
on roost with the other 'girls"

She came out to run the next morning, 2/16, but seemed a little quieter, slower
Her weight feels ok and her eye looked ok.
She was eating but slower
I did notice some poo attached to her rear, (vent) area, but not sure if it was there from sitting on coop floor.

Deciding if I should put her in cage and bring her into garage, which will be warmer. (Just didn't want to cause her
more stress being separated from the others).

thank you in advance for input.

I would bring her in for further evaluation. Was the poop that was stuck normal looking? Check her over good for mites/lice they are notorious for hitting in the winter and they can cause all sorts of havoc.

ok, thank you.
Poo looked ok.

If she's ill it may even be best to bring her indoors. Sick chickens need a good 80 degree temperature.
