Suddenly stopped laying?

6 month old buff orp was laying consistantly 5 a week for three weeks, we went on vacation and the chicken sitter said no eggs while we were gone for 10 days ?? What gives?

Maybe something scared her and she stopped laying. Or maybe she is stashing her eggs.

Thats to odd !!!! The chick sitter must of been eating a lot of eggs that week !! Could be many different reasons, I guess !!!

The temp changed the first couple days after we left, could that be why? Did it get cold enough she just stopped?

There is no place to stash

no left overs so I don't think they are eating them... I am confused.

She laid today

I guess she did just miss us.
