Suggestions for keeping flock warm?

So more of the birds are dying. I will probably lose all of my chickens that I got in September. They were/are about 3 months old. They're the ones I had ordered from a hatchery. My 3.5 month old birds I bought locally have been just fine. My 9 month old birds are fine as well. I'm thinking it could be an age factor. Thank you all for your advice.

Show a current picture of birds loosing brood mates.

Extreme cold can be lethal to immature birds exposed to extreme windchill. Exposed means on on ground without a windbreak. Also other health issues could be complicating cold tolerance.
