suggestions for large variance in hatch dates?

A friend gave me a large quantity of eggs.
Several were close to hatch date but the hen hatched 5 and left the rest.
I put them in my incubator and 2 have hatched and look great - but she has NO CLUE when any of them were laid. She has no clue when the hatch date might be.
We do know that 5 of them were laid very very recently (within the last 3 days) I marked them and I know that I need to turn them regularly - but am I ok to open the incubator for small increments of time to do that?
I'm going to have to open anyways to take the chicks that have hatched out regardless in the next 24 -48 hours aren't I?

I know this is not ideal conditions to be incubating/hatching - but I somehow got roped in and could use any guidance you might have.

I am familiar with handling chicks from 1 day - but we've never actually incubated our own.

Thanks in advance!

I have a similar problem. I was expecting eggs on the 19th, so I set some I already had on that day. It's the 21st, & my other eggs aren't here yet. I'm thinking I'm gonna have eggs in the bator that are about a week apart. How should I handle lockdown?
