Suggestions on still air incubator vs. one with a fan

I am getting ready to buy my first incubator. I need to know if I should get a still air incubator or one with a fan and why?

I'm much more comfortable with the fan, it makes all the air in there the same temperature, rather than a still air where you have a temperature gradient.
