Suggestions on stuff to put in run

they like the run but every time I

They are on the milk crate because chickens like to hang out on perches off the ground. Put some logs or something in there.
May I ask why you have privacy slats over all the fencing so they can't see out? It looks awfully tiny in there for those two. Do you have others? Can you make the run larger?
 
Hang suet feeders with fresh greens/fruits, roosts, chairs, crates, small baby pool with topsoil or construction grade sand, bunk bed ladder, mirrors.....and plenty of access to fresh food and water.....and oyster shell.

Isn't going to be any room for the chickens if you put all that stuff in that tiny run. As far as a dust bath goes, those chickens will have that grass down to bare dirt in no time and make their own dust bath.
