As of now i have 3 Red Sex Links, 4 Olive eggers and 1 light brahma. I have a friend that has a few extra he is willing to part with and im not sure which to pick. He has a silver laced wyandotte, red laced wyandotte, speckled sussex, light brahma. I want the sussex for sure, I would like one of the wyandottes, but am afraid of them doing poorly in the heat. I could just get another brahma but being how large they get i really would rather not. Any suggestions based on being in FL and the flock i currently have. The coop is open air on one side so they have plenty of ventilation at night and the run is under tree cover so not much direct sun to deal with either. Thanks.
