Suitable for ducks?

Hello there, I’m currently looking for ways to house my future ducks, I’m not very good at diy at all so my options are pretty limited. I came across this dog kennel on eBay, how many Pekin ducks will it comfortably hold? Dimensions are

86cm wide x 83cm deep x 82cm high​

Planning on adding a 5-6ft run with it. I also came across this nice looking coop and run, do you think it’s worth it? For 3 ducks maybe? Or should I stick with the dog kennel plan?! Thanks.

Both seem a bit small.
The one coop/run combo is funny that it says for guinea pigs or chickens.
I thought guinea pigs lived inside people houses.

IMO, bigger is better to start with if you have the available room. Three ducks is a good number to start with if you have never had ducks before. That way you will not be so overwhelmed by the large mess they like to make.

Whatever you decide on for your Ducks, make sure it is predator proof so you don't have to worry about dealing with injured Poultry if anything can get to them.

thank you, I appreciate it!! I’m living in the UK so there aren’t many/no predators where I live, but I agree with the bigger is better thing. I’m quite clumsy when it comes to diy but I have decided to have a go at making a coop from old pallets I have at work, I have to at least try if I want to give my babies a good life!

Go up to the search forums at the top of the page and type in coop designs, that should help you with ideas. A coop don't have to be anything fancy as long as it functional and can keep your babies safe for weather and predators.
