sulmet and ducks

three of my chickens have coccidiosis for sure from my broodies hatch do I need to separate the ducks from them while I treat the water with Sulmet? the ducks are three months old but have been in the same pen with the chickens since I hatched them. first go around with this.

on second thought I'm going to use bleach in their water first an ounce to a gallon

I would skip the Sulmet and especially the bleach and treat them with Corid. Sulmet is very harsh on them and it does not treat all strains of coccidiosis, Corid does and is much gentler.
