Sulmet question?

Hey I went and got some sulmet for my chickens against cocci. And I know 2 of them have it (which I removed from the rest) do I need to go ahead and give the sulmet to the rest of my chickens? And can I also give it to my peacocks, I'v never given them any medication before. Should I and what should I use? Thanks
