Well, my hatch went AWESOME.... 100% and most of them female. YAY! Because of that, I'm selling a sexed pair on featherauction right now... thinking of selling a second. I have two breeding roos and still have a couple more to eat. Yes, I eat them... they taste GREAT. (less filling... tastes great... less filling lol)

I'll be hatching another batch in a couple weeks. Incubator is full right now with a friend's eggs. (I figured helping her would keep me from hatching too many too fast)


If anyone has Olandsk Dwarf pullets or Mottle Japanese pullets... I'm willing to do a trade. Just sayin'

Hope a bunch more pop out! I sure hope some of mine hatch, i keep looking in the incubator window. DH says Im wearing a path in the floor going over there. LOl

Congrats on all the new Sulmtalers out there! I'm trying hard not to set too many myself... must always remember, there will be boys in the mix too. lol

I have a pair online on feathersite and a trio on here. I'm debating whether or not I should sell another pair or what. I have one more cockerel. I don't mind eating him when the time is right, but it isn't my favorite hobby, ya know?

How do you know you have 100% girls? Are they auto sexing?

Sulmtalers are Wheaten color and the wing color is different very very early. I read the post to say 100% hatch rate with majority of them girls.

They hatched 100%.... mostly female. And no, but at a early age (as soon as their wings start to come in) you can tell them apart because they are wheaten coloration.
