Since I posted 1 went belly up.
1 has several black feathers, mixed with the white.
Seldomly do they lay eggs.
They are a blast to watch walk. They sort of skip along.
Superbowl evening last year one was bleeding profusely. One of my rhode island reds pulled a feather from a sultans leg. Blood all over the place. Brought her inside and applied some cauterizing powder. She spent the night in the bathtub.
Since that night I have kept the sultans in a seperate area both in the coop and the yard.
