SUMATRA CHICK..... PULLET OR COCKEREL

This is my 11 week old chick. It's pure sumatra, trying to figure out if it is a pullet or cockerl. Any advise would be great

Odd....it's got a light-colored face, which isn't typical of a Sumatra. I'm thinking cockerel, because that's an awfully puffy comb for so young a bird.

It's the lighting. It's face it dark. I'll see if I can get a better picture

for me it is early, look for saddle feathers, which i don't see at this age. my guess is pullet for this reason.

Ahhhh, that explains it!

For reference, here's my Black Sumatra hen:

See how her comb really isn't at all puffy? I guess that's what's making me suspect that you've got a handsome little cockerel.
