sumatras laying

are sumatras good layers i know gamefowl are good at free rangeign thats why i ask

Mine haven't been. When they are laying, they lay fairly well, but I have a hen that sat a clutch in May and she won't lay again until spring.
They make great broodies/mommas, though.
