Summer heat and Breeding/Fertility

Hi all,

I have been raising poultry for quite a few years, however, I am now in Northern VA and the heat is getting to me!

My question is does fertility and the roosters desire to breed diminish when it is so hot?

Any help you can offer is appreciated.
