Summer School

Well it's official. My son failed his EOG's two times and had to go to summer school (although his grades were passing all year). He took his test for the 3rd time, if he did not pass this time he would repeat 5th grade.

HE PASSED!!!! I WANT TO TELL THE WORLD, FOR NOW ALL YOU BYC People will have to do!!! Yea!!!! I now have a Middle Schooler.

ok, I just couldn't see my granddaughter in middle school at the 6th grade age (11-12), I know how I was in jr high.......bad influences!

Yes, his middle school starts at 6th. Funny how things change, There was no kindergarten when I started school and I went 1st to 8th at elementary at the same school.

I am happy he passed but I hear that there are so many drugs and bullies at the middel school. Even in summer school two boys threw him against a wall and broke all his pencils. He is going to have to toughen up.
