Sun burned neck

Last October one of our hens injured her neck, the skin was torn away from it, it has since healed but now that it's sunny and she has no feathers I'm afraid it's going to get burned. Any ideas to help prevent sunburn on her neck.

lots of shade, and sunscreen... as silly as it sounds, here we use filterbac which is a really thick creamy gluggy substance that they use on sheep and other animals as a sunburn protectant
