Sunday A Day Of Rest

My hens must consider Sunday a day of rest. For the last few days I have gotten 4 eggs a day. Today I only got 1.

I had the same thing about a month ago. I was getting 2 eggs a day...then none on Sunday! LOL!!

I know what you mean. I only got 4 eggs today from 13 hens. I think I was getting more in the winter. Some days I would get 12 and the last couple of months with this heat I have people wanting eggs and none to give. I do have 16 more RIR hens that are 4 1/2 months old I'm waiting and waiting on eggs from them. Maybe next month I will get some. LOL

Not much you can do with one egg.
