Sunday Morning Coop Fun in The Kitchen Coop

We moved the babies out to their new coop and run a few days ago, so far I think they love it!!! Definitely happier chicks for sure!! I’ve been sitting with them for 30 minutes to and hour a day and I’m happy to report I think it’s working .... I’ve discovered not only does my 3 year old use me as a jungle gym but so do the birds lol

We’ve official settled on the names, the rooster, our handsome faverolle is Figaro... we have Lady, who’s our beautiful buckeye and then there’s the stunning foursome of Miss. Bianca, Cleo, Dutchess and Nana who are our Speckled Sussex’s.

I'm now going to write something you won't want to read....get rid of the chicken wire and replace it with the heaviest duty hardware cloth you can buy.
The chicken wire will not stop even a half hearted attempt from a predator.
