Super Excited to finally be able to have chickens!!!!!

I am located in East Texas. I live in the boonies in a small rural part of Gladewater Texas. We actually rent and I have been wanting chickens for awhile so I finally asked our landlord today and they said YES. So I am doing lots of research on chickens and feed and their care. I also may already have a coop. I am so very excited and so happy that I will be able to provide my family with some of the best eggs anyone can eat. :-D :-D :-D
