Super lethargic 15 week old pullet!

My 15 week old barred rock is showing some very strange behavior for her. She's very lethargic and was just standing there in the pen this morning not moving, not making any sounds, she was just staring at nothing. She's usually very social with me but didn't even look at me. I picked her up and she immediately just went limp.

I was going to inspect her next poo for any evidence of worms, but anyone have any other ideas of things I could look for?

She's not laying yet so I know she's not egg bound or anything.

Maybe she has coccidiosis. Are her feathers all fluffed out like she is trying to keep warm?

No, no fluffing, she just looks like she feels like crap. I'm keeping an eye on her for fluffing though.

Has she been wormed?

She hasn't been wormed so that's my #1 suspicion right now. None of the other girls she's with have been wormed either and no one else is showing symptoms of anything like this.

Take some Safeguard home with you and worm her and her friends.

A small small pea size dose for each girl.

Personally I prefer Safeguard liquid goat wormer.......

If you treat your hens 5 days in a row, you will kill every type of worms chickens are known to have.

Just let them all out into the yard, normally this one is the first one out, running and flying around. But today she walked very slowly out and is just standing there.
