super mean hen

So I have started my flock and while I expected the too to be short tempered I never expected the hen to be worse then the too.

She is 16 weeks and mean to everyone except one 3 month who is much smaller and put her in her place first day.

She even pecked at my husband when he tried to pet her.

Any ways to make her nicer?

tap her on the head with your finger as a dominate peck. (not hard though)
Dominate chickens peck their lessers on the head as a show of dominance.
Sometimes you can end up with an overly grumpy girl the same as getting an overly aggressive boy. There are other techniques that you can try as well; however, if they do not work and she remains ornery and disruptive to the flock and you then you may want to consider dumplings or rehoming.

Okay I will try that. Right now I've just been telling her no and separating them.
