Super Moist Chocolate Chip Cookies!

Where my wife works they have a monthly team meeting and at each meeting they always have a cooking themed challenge. As we're new hen parents this month everyone was given a box of eggs and had to bake something for the meeting with them ...

We made your cookies for todays meeting! As tripletfeb mentioned above they did go like pancakes but they taste great!!! We cut them out with cookie cutters (it's dog shaped though you can't really tell from this pic).

I'm so glad! I made my fourth batch of them today and the only thing I've changed about my recipe was adding a bit more honey. I'm so glad you liked them! Nothing like baking with home grown eggs. Mine don't tend to go flat but I've also stopped adding butter on top. I've found out that adding too much butter on top can make them flatten a bit.

I will try that next time - we don't bake nearly as much as we should!
