Prophecy, Curse of achilles, and she can change any weapon into any other kind of weapon when it's in her hand.

"Adira Grimm." Adira grunted, her nose touching the floor.

Adira brought herself up and then descended to the ground again. And again. And again. And again...

Helen smiled and moved over to the push-up bar. she started to do chin-ups, grunting with the difficulty.

not knowing Adira was a superhero, Helen asked, "So what's your favorite superhero?" in a playful banter kind of way. She did a couple more chin ups, then gently lowered herself to the ground, arms shaking.

"Wolverine, Gambit or Storm. I can't decide. Sometimes I like to think of myself as one. You?"
